Home-Approved is an established firm of RICS building surveyors based near Leatherhead, Surrey. We provide services for all areas in the KT22-KT24 areas including Effingham, West Horsley and East Horsley, and Oxshott.
The Home-Approved survey covers the exterior and interior of the property. We inspect from top to bottom checking for alterations and defects and noting any features which may not comply with current Building Regulations. We always carry long-reach camera equipment. This means that we are able to access areas that would otherwise be difficult or impossible to inspect. The images we collect are then included as evidence in our report which is designed to be clear and easy to understand.
