Mark Thornburn BSc (Hons) MRICS IMaPS

Mark has over 20 years’ experience as a building surveyor, with over 14 years post-qualified experience working for small, medium and large building surveying consultancies. He has particular expertise in repairs and redecorations, refurbishment and new build projects.  He has extensive experience working as a contract administrator, project manager, principal designer and clerk of works. Additionally Mark has a wealth of knowledge producing planned maintenance programmes, party wall awards and defect reports.  Mark has been integral to Home-Approved’s recent growth.

Outside of work Mark enjoys spending time with his family and likes cycling, fishing, snowboarding, surfing and playing golf when he can. Mark is a big fan of most sports and is also interested in travel, music, films, cooking and socialising.
