Appointing Home Approved to conduct a Specific Defect Survey will allow us to investigate a particular defect that has been identified in a pre-purchase report or because you’ve spotted evidence of damage.
We aim to identify the root cause of the defect, recommend how best to rectify the issue and, most importantly, provide an estimation of how much the work is likely to cost.
