Matthew Brown AssocRICS MFPWS

Matthew has over 19 years building surveying experience, with a background in building construction and experience working for major building insurance providers. He has particular expertise in building surveys, building pathology and planned maintenance programmes. He has also worked as a project manager on residential projects and most recently successfully delivered a £1.2m residential project in Chiswick, including the installation of a basement, on time and on budget.

He set up Home-Approved with the intention of providing greater client satisfaction through the provision of clear and concise survey reports and information. This focus on delivering clarity has informed the business throughout its development and growth.

In his spare time Matthew can be found on the mountain bike trails in the Surrey Hills or, just as energetic, being kept active by his son Joseph.
